THE SEARCH for the next Mutya sang Sinadya sa Halaran is on.


Led by the Capiz Lions Club, the search for Mutya sang Sinadya sa Halaran seeks to promote local beauty, fashion, tourism and social responsibility.


Said beauty search also forms part of the Sinadya sa Halaran, a joint festival of Roxas City and the province of Capiz which happens every December.


Candidates for the said search must be Filipino citizen and Capizeña whose parents or grandparents are from Capiz.


She must be between 16 to 23 years; must stand at least five feet and two inches (5’2”) with proportionate weight; and with pleasing personality. She must also be single and must have never been a mother.

 

She must also have good moral character as attested by three referrals. A candidate below 18 must also have a written consent from her parents or guardian.

 

Applicants must submit a duly filled-out application form, including one close-up headshot and one full-body photo, certified copy of birth certificate. She must also bring high heels and a swimsuit.


Screenings will be held on Sept. 27, Oct. 4 and Oct. 11; final screening will be held on Oct. 18 at the Hall of the Governors at the Capiz Provincial Capitol Building, Roxas City.
